I hated myself. I was depressed. I had anxiety. I didn't trust my emotions, my thoughts, my feelings. I was lost. I tried therapy, self-help books, and retreats. They helped for the moment, but soon enough, I was back in a funk.
Psychedelics, meditation, therapy, the support of friends and family, and courage helped me break through these negative habits of the mind. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. I hope that my story will help others on their path to self-love, inner peace, and acceptance.
