I hated myself. I was depressed. I had anxiety. Negative self-talk was ruining everything, and prevented me from appreciating all the good things in my life.
Psychedelics, meditation, therapy, the support of friends and family, and courage helped me break through these habits of the mind. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. I hope that my story will help others on their path to self-love, inner peace, and acceptance.
